Greetings to all gathered here (and there...)

I have been slowly updating the Ansteorran Heraldry page.  Items of interest
are:

New "what's changed" page accessable by clicking on the red "Caution" line
under the title.

New format for referencing the ICCs, the LoIs and the LoCs. And nearly
uptodate at that.

I have also put unoffical copies of the Jan-Mar 2000 Laurel Letter and LoARs
on our web page until they are posted on the sca.org site.  These were quick
and dirty translations of the RTF files emailed out.  The RTF is also
available on the page.
