The sound alike diminutive trap was my worry point about
Ihone's name.

Sending it to Laurel has 2 virtues.
-It gets the device registered and out of our hair.
-It gets an Laurel ruling on these variant spellings of
John in Gaelic.  There are few precedents on how to deal 
with it and I would like the policy on diminutive names
set out more clearly.  I would predict a return but 
Laurel can give him a better idea on what to change
with the name.
