Unto the heralds of Ansteorra, doth HL Borek 
Vitalievich Volkov, Star Principal Herald, send 
greetings

I met with Ld Alasdair MacEogan last night and he 
informed me that he has stepped down, that the office 
of Eclipse Herald, Central Regional Herald for 
Ansteorra, now stands vacant. I am taking applications 
for this office and will continue to do so until the 
end of December.

If anyone has an interest in this position, please send 
a copy of your application to me along with a copy of 
your current membership card.

All local heralds in the central region should begin 
sending their reports directly to me until a 
replacement has been found.
