[ANSTHRLD] Device Advice Please

I am preparing to conduct a conflict check for a submitter. The
device raises questions, separate from conflict issues for me, and I
would like the input of the list.

The submitter wants: Per pall inverted nebuly purpure, vert, and
azure, a sea-unicorn argent.

1) I don't believe that there is a rules problem with a pall with a
complex line of division. Correct?

2) I don't believe that there is a problem in a per pall (inverted
or not) division that uses this color scheme. Rules problem that is.
Correct?

3) The major question then is can you have a per pall type division
with a complex line of division with this color scheme? I seem to
recall something about colors divided by a complex line needing
sufficient contrast. Daniel, I would welcome a rules quote on this
if I am correct.

4) Can the primary charge overlie the complex line of division in
this manner? Some vague thought tells me there is a problem with
this but I honestly cannot find the source for this if there is a
problem.

Any conflict checks by others would be welcome to double-check what I
do, but I will be doing one.

Sincerely,
Lady Rosamund Blaunchflur
