[ANSTHRLD] Requests for Authenticity

After looking at several submissions and their problems
I would like to point out an item to heralds filling
out submissions.

On name submissions if the submitter is happy with the
name being submitted please do not mark any requests
for changes for authenticity or culture.  If they are
happy with the name as is, requesting changes will
get the name changed and certainly make the submitter
unhappy.
