ANSTHRLD - Copy of Tengvik

Greetings!

    I have a request:  Would someone who has a copy of Tengvik's "Old 
English Bynames" please make a photocopy of it for me?  I will totally repay 
the cost and postage.  I might even throw in chocolate or something extra 
for the work.  Once I get my school schedule a little more balanced I plan 
to finish the Old English patronymic research I started last semester.  
Since I am contesting some of his work it would be nice to know what exactly 
he is saying versus the clips and phrases I have read here and there.
   When I have my surgery on my left arm in a few weeks, I will have a 
couple of days of down-time to work.
