Aleysia
Include a copy of the title page and page showing
the name.

Eastbourne- Ekwall, English Place-names, page 156
s.n. Eastbourne gives the spelling Estburn 1279.
This fits very well with the first name.

Eastbourne is given in Hitching, References to
English Surnames in 1601 and 1602 from the year
1602 in that spelling. It looks like an end of
period spelling of the place.

I would recommend Aleysia de Estburn if she wants
13th century English/Norman. If she wants the late period Eastbourne then
it would probably be
Alicia de Eastbourne or just Alicia Eastbourne.
