"Brian of Neill"
You could use the mundane allowance on one of the names
but why go to that trouble.  OCorrain & Maguire,
Irish Names, page 35 header Brian dates the name to 1014
and 1260.  Page 145 header Niall gives Niall from 778, 846, and 919.

So the two names are pre 1200 Irish.  He can't use
his entire mundane name.  The problem with the present
construction is that Neill is a person's name and
not a place.  He could be Brian mac Neill.  No conflicts for the SCA or in
Britannica were found for that one.
