Ansteorra is currently partitipating in the LoI/LoC packet being sent out
of Atlantia.  Around the time that our Feb LoI went off to them for
inclusion in the packet, the person doing the packet changed and the Feb
LoI got missed.  It was included in their March mailing.  So it will be
ruled on in July, not June:
