[ANSTHRLD] Request for assistance

Good heralds,
I found the following email from Lady Bridgid in the bordure email file and
have confirmed with Lord Griffin, my predecessor, that no action had yet
been taken on it.  As I am still new to the CoH, I thought I'd reprint the
request for assistance here, where she might benefit from heralds more
experienced in the naming of an award.  Your input is greatly appreciated.
