That is the interesting part of this tale. When the device was submitted the
rendering was correct, but the blazon was done wrong. I have the submitters
copy in my records for the asked for blazon. Somewhere along the lines it
was redrawn to match the blazon per chevron vert ermined or and sable a
horse rampant or.  Would it be easier for me to resubmit these? Or just send
a copy of the correct rendering and blazon in to ??? Asterisk???

As the device is still up for commentary, I (Bordure) haven't received the
forms yet, so this is a question Asterisk should answer, but I would say
that the device being reblazoned as below vs it's current submission, "Per
chevron vert ermined Or and sable, a horse rampant Or," would require a new
rendering of the device, not just a rewording of the blazon.  In the
original drawing, the horse crosses the field division, making it not in
base.  If the submitter can resubmit the forms, Asterisk can check it for
fast-tracking if it's important to get the submission up with the
submissions of the July ILOI.  Otherwise, it would just get put in the
August ILOI.
