Also, please make sure that lines are under 70 characters or so.  Some
of our mailers don't deal well with overly-long lines.  Some mailer
software allows you to set the outgoing line lengths; please poke
around in options or preferences for such a setting.  Otherwise, it
would be a great kindness if you went to a new line (hit Enter,
usually) manually every 70 characters or so.

No, it's not a real memo.  The "mouse balls" joke has been going
around for at least half a decade or so, I think.
