Teceangl,

I'm one of those lurkers on the list for learning purposes only. I don't know
if I'll ever have the time to devote to heraldic learning that I once did, so
I lurk on the list to at least attempt to keep the knowledge I had gained
before I went back to college.

I've always found your postings to be very helpful and educational. Honestly,
I don't always have time to follow every train of thought here, and those that
don't as well can choose the option I do, which is to delete what they don't
want or have time to read. I personally would feel at a loss if your postings
were stripped of the knowledgable input that you include.

I don't know if it was the original poster that 'ripped into you', but it
didn't sound like it. Although it's hard sometimes, try and remember that
when someone behaves in that manner, it's about their unresolved personal
issues, it's not about you at all. There's never a productive reason to begin
a conversation with anger, as that person did to you. I truly hope this
incident doesn't prevent you from sharing your gifts and knowledge in the
future. Therefore, I just had to take a moment and let you know that I've
always found your postings to be enjoyable, educational and interesting.
Please keep up the good work!

YIS,

Francesco Antonio da Firenze
