NEBULY
Celje, Counts of. Device. Azure, three mullets of six points Or.
According to http://www.un.int/slovenia/insignia.html,
The coat of arms with three golden six-pointed stars belonged
to the noble house of Celje, which hailed from =8Eovnek and
was first mentioned in the medieval annals around 1130. In the
succeeding centuries, it went on to create an influential
realm, establishing control over most of the Slovenian
territories by 1436. At that time, the family's court in the
city of Celje was the focal point of humanist thought and
renaissance on Slovenian soil. The assassination of the last
male descendant of the Celje dynasty in 1456 brought to an end
the period of native rule in the Slovenian lands. From then on
and until the 20th century, Slovenians were ruled from abroad
by foreigners, most notably by the Habsburgs.
Given that the Counts of Celje were clearly central figures in
Slovenian history, and that their arms are incorporated into the
modern Slovenian arms, these arms are important enough to protect.
Holland, Counts of. Device. Or, a lion rampant gules.
While evidence was not presented that Holland was an independent
nation, they did hold semi-independent status for a while and the
arms of Holland were otherwise deemed familiar and important
enough to protect. In addition, these arms are already protected
as Hapsburg, Or, a lion rampant gules crowned Or.

Muriel FitzLloyd. Device. Ermine, a talbot rampant contourny pean.

alternate person it must be submitted as a badge and on a badge
form.
Thomas atte Woode. Name.
This conflicts with Thomas Attwood (1783-1856), an English
economist and leader in the electoral reform movement. Since he
has his own entry in the on-line Encyclopaedia Britannica he is
important enough to protect.
