Greetings --
I am pleased to report that the Gulf Wars consultation table went very
well. We were busy every day and absolutely swamped on Friday. We took 26
items from 16 Ansteorran submittors (most full-service) and helped a great
many submittors from Trimaris, Meridies, and Atlantia as well as Ansteorra.
My thanks go to those Anteorran heralds and heraldic artists who helped
with consultations during the war: Borek, Francois, Etienne, Lorraine,
Sigmund, Rosamund, and Sibilla. If I have forgotten anyone, please let me
know and accept my deepest apologies.
I will probably run the Gulf Wars consultation tables again next year and
am looking for suggestions for improvement. We have already suggested to
the War Herald that the consulting hours be set only in the afternoon
Tuesday-Thursday. Afternoons were consistently busier than mornings and the
new schedule would free Herald's Point for classes those mornings as well
as give the consulting heralds some free time during daylight hours.
