Greetings

I think you were the person that we were told to ask about where our
submissions were.

The commentary on my device appeared in the Gazette, several gazettes
ago. (one that I received last fall) In that issue Magnus suggested
that my device be fast tracked to Laurel for a ruling.  In that
gazette, no action was listed as to what was going to be done.
I assumed this was an oversight when the gazette was put together.
I have heard nothing since on it and was wondering if you knew where
it was in the process.  Or at least what action was taken on it since
no action was listed in that gazette.

I don't have the actual gazette in front of me here at work so I can't
tell you which one it was. I have it at home if you need me to forward
that information to you I would be happy to.
