ANSTHRLD - Name help

Greetings,

I need some help on a name submission. The lady originally submitted 
Kassia MacWilliams. She is interested most in the pronunciation.

I have been able to find three registrations for Cassia: Cassia Lavender
de Morten [Atlantia/1994], Cassia Mortivaux [Atenveldt/1992], and 
Cassia d'Artois [An Tir/1996]). I believe it may be a feminine form of
Cassius. Unfortunately, I do not have any resources at my disposal 
to provide documentation.

Can anyone provide some help?
