[Heralds] administrative note: about the subject tag for this list..

It has been mentioned to me that the subject title for this list changed
when the list was moved to the new software and is now ambiguous.  The old
titlewas ANSTHRLD.   I am considering changing back to that prefix.  Unless
I hear a great deal of gnasing of teeth, a hefty bribe or a credible threat
of violence I will make the change over the  Sunday.   Silence equals
consent.
