[ANSTHRLD] Dior Aligrant device?

Greetings.
I believe there was a kingdom decision meetings for
the July ILoI a couple of weekends ago, and I believe
I saw posted a listing of what was passed on to
Laurel.
What I did not see (which was done in the recent past
and which, I believe, is a good idea) was a listing of
what was returned and for what reason.
In the July ILoI was a device submission for Dior
Aligrant (the woman on the winged stag).  My question
is whether that device was passed on to Laurel for
ruling, or whether it is being returned for whatever
reason?
