[ANSTHRLD] Restricted Tressure

A tressure is a dimuative of the orle.  An orle is a
band around the shield near the edge.  Tressures
are a narrow version of that band and come in
double or rarely triple tressures.  The Scottish
version with all the fleurs-de-lys is the most
famous use of tressure.
