Greetings Folks,

I've spoken with our esteemed Star Principal Herald and am pleased to announce that I will be organizing a staff, from Elfsea, to take Ansteorran submissions at War this year.  In case you are asked, we will be taking them, during whatever times are announced at Heralds Point.  The Barony of Elfsea will be handling the finances and forwarding the submissions up through the normal process.
