[ANSTHRLD] A curious question

Here's a question for the list.  I've been doing a little research into
supporters and I noticed that human supporters come in various garb,
including knights, monks, sailors, etc, and I got to wondering, could a
person entitled to supporters in their arms have as a supporter a herald (or
pursuivant) wearing the kingdom arms?

While achievements are registered within the kingdom, the only supporter I
know to be reserved in Ansteorra is an argent lion (reserved for Lions of
Ansteorra).  If a herald supporter wearing a kingdom tabbard is acceptable,
should it be reserved somehow - maybe for those who have served as Star
Principal, or the Royal Herald, or a kingdom heraldic office?
