More than likely, the blazoin is:

'Gules, a lion argent gorged of a rosary Or, a bordure argent seme de lunels sable'

and I would say there is a conflict with:

Mowbray, Duke of Norfolk|9412L|d|Gules, a lion rampant argent.|(Important non-SCA arms)

With no CD for the gorging and only one CD for removal of the bordure.
