I use babelfish sometimes to translate http://babelfish.altavista.com/
This is what I got:

of the Left Hand - de la main gauche

the Bitten Hand - die gebissene Hand

of the Bitten Hand - von der gebissene Hand

this may not be totaly correct, since I don't speak either, but I have used
it with success in translating sites into english.

I hope it helps, if not I apologize, and know it can't be trusted.
