Step 1 would be researching and documenting the names.  (Standard
depressing fact: It'd be ever so much nicer if Step 0 wasn't
announcing it in court ...)  In re "King's Archer": there are some
precedents concerning generic names -- it would be good to track down
such precedents and address the issue in the documentation, so that a
rebuttal to any commenters would be available from the start.

The kingdom would have to put it on an Ansteorran Letter of Intent.
Someone would first have to draw up name and badge forms (appropriate
numbers, appropriately colored), and put the documentation on the name
forms.

If someone is motivated enough to want to volunteer to drive the whole
issue, that would be good.
