[ANSTHRLD] conflict checking

Could one (or more) of my fine fellow heralds help me with a conflict check
for the device:  Per chevron argent and gules a dragon segreant sable.

I found two below that I'm not sure if it clears with.  Basil Dragonstrike -
1 CD for the field.  Is there 1 CD for the garnishing?   Thorkell Oddsson -
1 CD for the field.  Is there 1 CD for a wingless sea dragon and a
garden-variety dragon?  I would think so, but would like confirmation.

I also checked against the field itself (per chevron argent and gules) and
didn't come up with any conflicts.
