[ANSTHRLD] November Ansteorran Gazette

The November 2002 issue of the Ansteorran Gazette is now out.  The print
copies went into the mail earlier this week, and the electronic version
is downloadable from http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/gazette/.

Likewise, the online Heraldic Submissions Tracker (HST) at
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/hst/ has been updated, although the PalmOS
version has NOT been updated yet.
