Here is a possible blazon, although this won't pass due to slot machine.

Per saltire argent and sable, a wolf's head couped sable, a dragon's head
couped and tyger's head couped argent, and an eagle's head couped, on a
chief sable three human skulls affronty conjoined at the base with bones
crossed in saltire argent
