[ANSTHRLD] Chinese courtesy titles/ Rank titles

Question for those of you with vast knowledge of
Chinese culture, or vast knowledge of SCA use of
Chinese titles:

Consider a person with a Chinese persona:

1. Can he use the title "Khan" if they have a Court
Barony?

2. Can he use the Chinese title for "master" if they
are a knight?
