[ANSTHRLD] Warranting Class

A Heralds' Warranting Class will be offered at the Eldern Hill's Tribute
to Ansteorra event on Feb. 8.  Class will begin at 10 AM, take a lunch
break at Noon, start back up at 1 PM, and conclude at 3 PM.  (That's 4
hours class with a lunch break in the middle.)

Any group needing a herald to receive the class (a requirement for group
heralds) should try to get their herald to the event.  Anyone interested
in being a group herald someday, should consider attending.  This is not
a general class about heraldry; it is the specific administrative class
for those holding office as herald in a local group.
