This checks out clear. If you think the Maltese are
gross why are you putting them on your badge?

Tristan of Starlake registered in November of 1991.
Frenchman were named du Lac but that is as complicated
a byname as I can find. If it were English searching
for extremely rare descriptive names would be easier.
There is a lake of the red (something I can't translate)
in Dauzat but it isn't dated. Before any of us go
drown ourselves in French that will have to be translated
we want some evidence why you think this name is period.
Modern French dictionaries are unfortunately no help for
documentation purposes.

>provide the URL to where the documents can be found

For St Gabriel you need to print out the report and
send in a copy with the name. The documentation
section of the form should also state what dates
St. Gabriel found for the name.

If you want faster answers it is best to post
the questions one at a time. If you have a long
list at one time folks are more tempted to reach for the
delete key and answers are harder to keep straight.
Witness the blizzard of conflict check subject lines
that are hard to sort out.
