Of course.  Each of the RfS X.4 rules say that such-and-so is one
clear difference.  Except in two cases, there's nothing that says that
one change precludes another.  (The two exceptions:
- you can't get a CD for arrangement if movement is forced by some
  other change
- any number of changes to a single group of tertiaries is one CD, no
  matter how many or what sorts of changes those are.
)  It's like a menu.  If you buy the burger for $2, it doesn't mean
you're not allowed to buy the fries for $1, unless it says otherwise.

Surely you mean four-fifths?  And a second CD by X.4.f for change of
number of charges on the field: three lanterns versus five charges
(mullet + oil lamp + three swords).  They're clear.

That would indeed be a third CD.
