Sorry, I was not fully awake when I wrote that. I was referring to the
"proper place" of a primary charge as being the center of the shield,
which is more correctly the "default place". But what I meant was that
given a per fess field with a single primary charge, I would not expect
that primary charge to be in chief unless there were a special reason
for it. In this case, the special reason is that there would be
contrast issues if it were in its default location, which makes this a
forced move, not (as I pointed out) that it matters.
