Greetings to the College of Heralds!

After completing this past quarterly report, I compiled a bit of data for
you all.

This year, we processed at the Kingdom level at least the following:

103 name
115 devices
17 badges

This did not include fast tracks.

No wonder Laurel wrote us about the volume of submissions!

Not a bad year and lots of good hard work from many of you.

Thanks for a very successful year and I hope that 2004 will be even better.
