It may be too late to tell you, but that way is usually much harder to
do. Order names were not (in period) and now are not (in the SCA)
random sequences of words, and Order of the [random adjective]
[random noun] has a high probability of being returned.

It's much better to start by looking at lists of real period
order names and coming up with names based on existing patterns.
Coming up with an "order name" and then trying to retroactively
justify it is like getting dinner by driving to a random street corner
and hoping there's a restaurant there.

Unfortunately, I don't have the URLs ... wait, what am I saying?
I certainly have *one*, because it's cited in about every second LoAR.

Meradudd Cethin's article "Project Ordensnamen OR What do you mean
that the Anceint[sic] and Venerable Order of the Most Holy and
    Righteous Wombat's Toenail isn't period?"

It's stored on an sca.org machine, so you don't even have to make
copies with the submission. I don't have the article to hand, but I
don't remember "oceanic phenomenon" being a pattern of period order
names, much less "heraldic tincture + oceanic phenomenon".
But look it up yourself -- I could easily be wrong.
