I agree with Daniel, I like them with the bend and couped.  So what would be
the final blazon I should submit?

The SCA convention is "animal's head[s]"; here, "boar's heads".

"[palewise]"?  Please don't.  In every case I recall in period armory,
the charges follow the line of the bend.  You can blazon it palewise
and register it, but I think it's significantly worse style.
