[ANSTHRLD] a device check if you please

To my new and not well (yet) trained eye there seems something wrong with
this device so I'm asking for any comment.  I have not conflict checked it
yet but I will do that after I get opinions.  To my thinking the book
perhaps needs to be Or rather than azure...anyone anyone?
