Please join me in welcoming Lady Maria Cabeca de Vaca of the Barony of 
Elfsea as the new Arbalest Pursuivant.  If you cross paths with her, please 
congratulate her on her new position.  Her warrant will take effect at 
Crown Tourney in April.

Also, please join me in thanking Lady Meadhbh inghean Rois for her service 
in this role.  Her efforts over the past couple of years have been greatly 
appreciated.
