[ANSTHRLD] ISO Original Creator of Website Heraldry

I have been on a quest for the person who originally created the A&S heraldry that is on the Ansteorran web site.  This is the latest place I have been directed to.  The reason I need the creator is because I would like to use it on an event announcement for Kingdom A&S.
