Yes, pegasi and unicorns are acceptable, but she can't have a red dragon on 
a green field.  The blazon would be "vert, a sword (proper?) between a 
pegasus argent and a dragon gules, and a chief Or".  Without seeing the 
positions of the monsters, I can't blazon them.
