[ANSTHRLD] OP abbreviations

The Queen's Ring of Ansteorra and the Vine Staff were awards created during the reign of Duncan and Larissa.  IIRC: The Queen's Ring recognized exceptional courtesy and the Vine Staff was awarded for exemplary leadership on the battle field.  Both awards were closed in the following reign.

OK, I'll bite.  Thought I knew about most of the Kingdom-level Ansteorran 
awards, but I see some here about which I Have Not A Clue.

Would someone give a *brief* exposition about the following, please?:

> VINE - Vine Staff of Ansteorra (closed 7/20/2002)

(err, if I'm venturing into something still a sore point, I would gladly
