[ANSTHRLD] name pronunciation and other questions

Greetings,
I am working with a gentle who has chosen this name "Fionnghuala"
http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/mari/AnnalsIndex/Feminine/Fionnghuala.shtml as
her first name. This is of course an Irish name and I have no idea of the
proper *pronunciation*, if some one could help me with that I'd be ever so
grateful. Also, the meaning as near as possible would also be very nice as
she is interested in knowing this. She would like to use her modern maiden
name as her last name and if I am correct she is allowed to do so as long as
she sends valid documentation...McGee is the lat name BTW. She would not be
adverse to the correct period spelling of McGee if there is one.
I also have a gentle who would like to document his name, "John the Loud"
in Gaelic/Irish/Celt. He really wants "Ian" for John but other than a
modern Irish dictionary we (meaning I have no clue) are having a hard time
finding where to look for a good descriptive name equivalent to "the
loud".
So those are my questions of the week. I would truly appreciate any help
you can give as it has taken me a while to "nudge" these gentles into the
registration direction. In service...
