Greetings! I hope you don't mind that I'm going to use your inquiry as a
general example of How To Find Stuff Out. :)

Which commentary page? If you looked at the ICC/AICC (Internal Collated
Commentary/Annotated of same) page to read the actual commentary received
(if any), the documents usually posted are the Annotated ones. Thus there
should be a block of text at the bottom of each item in red coloring that
states the decision the kingdom made. Usually you'll see phrases like
"Forwarded to Laurel." or "Returned for <some reason>..."

The Heraldic Submissions Tracker (HST) on the other hand is VERY
abbreviated, due to the amount of data it's just tracking. It is somewhat
cryptic at first glance, but does let you know where in the process any
given item is. I went to its webpage (http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/hst/),
picked "E" to search by first name, found your name and here it is:

Elizabeth Blackthorne. (Crossrode Keep) <-- who and where from
Name and device. <-- what the item(s) where
ILoI 9/05 2. <-- appeared in the Internal Letter of Intent in the
September 2005 Ansteorran Gazette, item 2.
Kingdom accepted 11/05 (AG 12/05). <-- Forwarded to Laurel in November 2005
(and commentary/decision published in the December 2005 Ansteorran Gazette)
In progress. <-- still at Laurel. And will be for... Some number of
months. It won't be scheduled to be decided on by Laurel until March or
April, and results of that meeting won't be published for another couple of
months afterwards.
