[ANSTHRLD] Assistance needed

I am thinking that his submission was never fully vetted per the system.
Therefore I intend to resubmit and hopefully prevail with the assistance
of the College.

Ditto what Alasdair asked for. I can find no file folder starting with
"Kain...." in our kingdom files, so either a submission came in under
another name (or a different spelling), or it was through another kingdom.
