Based on my understanding as a regional herald, we (the regionals) are now
required to ensure that there is a consultation table at one event a year
within our region. Whether it's just a standard consultation or a full
service is left to our discretion (that being said,since Star and I live in
the same region I got told I will be running a full service table at
Warlord). And as memory serves me, these are suppose to be set up at events
that have indoor venues for the tables.
