I believe the large boxes were gifts from Middleford for storage and not
transport of the kingdom library. They were no problem for me to lift but I
would recommend smaller boxes for transport to consulting. We only need
about half of that library at a consulting table. Most of your requests are
English, Scots, Gaelic, Spanish, French and German. Rare languages take
longer to research and consult than we can manage at a field consultation.

The reason the Armillary library has color coded files of printouts from St
Gabriel and the SCA site was to allow submitters to browse through names
from their chosen culture. If someone wants a Spanish name we show the
Spanish folder set and let them search while waiting on another client.
The SCA articles were included since they only have to be cited not copied.
At that time many of our consulting location had no power. There are also
never enough laptops at a consulting table to do name lookups and conflict
checking.
