[ANSTHRLD] consultation table booklist template

Here's the booklist I mentioned yesterday. This was originally written for a
Gulf Wars a number of years ago. Some of the books on this list are likely
to only be needed at really big events (like inter-kingdom wars), so they are
not likely to be used at smaller events.

I've marked with a + the books we are most likely to need at the consult
table at Warlord. Most of these are already in the consultation library.
The Bardsley and Withycombe indexes are in colored folders. Same for at
least one copy of Ekwall, and I think Withycombe as well.

If folks have other books that I should add to this list (either with or
without a plus), please let me know and I'll update my master template. I
know the armory list is short, but the coordination that year for Gulf Wars
was mainly for name books. So, the armory list needs to be beefed up.

The pluses were made assuming that the colored folders of web articles would
be at the consult table. In many cases, the web articles are easier to use
and more up to date than actual books, so I left some books unchecked in
favor of web articles.
