Why should we sue you?  What is the origin of "Emrys" (other than your
son's first name)?  I'm thinking it's connected to the Arthurian
legends, but whether as person, place, or thing I don't recall.  If a
person, it could be justified on its own without using the Legal Name
provision.

(This is a good illustration of a point I keep forgetting: when
someone asks a general question, ask about the particular example that
prompted the question, because there's almost always such an example,
and there's often conditions that make the general question
inapplicable.)
