[ANSTHRLD] Labels

This has been brought up over the years. 
The question usually asked is why does he want to
register it? 
As there is not a way anyone else may bear such a
device, it was thought to be excess effort on the
submittor's part. 
It is perfectly legal, however, with the letter
of course.
