Achievements of arms are not regulated at the Society level.
Ansteorra choose to do so.

I don't know where to find Ansteorran achievement conflict rules, but
other kingdoms' items will be protected only to the extent that our
rules say they are, and I really really doubt that we call for
inter-kingdom conflict checking (except for presumptuous uses as
mentioned in another reply).
